Usage instructions

Before use, carefully read and follow the instructions on the packaging.

  1. The area to be repaired should be derusted, clean, dry, free of grease and sanded.
  2. No primer necessary.
  3. Putty (A-Component) and hardener (B-Component) have to be dosed exactly and mixed thoroughly.
  4. The mixing ration putty : hardener is 2 : 1 by weight.
  5. The putty can be applied up to a height of 2 cm per workstep without shrinking.
  6. The open working time is 1 hour at +20° C.
  7. Within 24 hours the repair area can be sanded.
  8. To optimize the adhesion, we recommend to sand the previous layer slightly before the next workstep.
  9. Do not return remains of mixed material into the can!
