1. Where can I buy presto?
Products of presto are sold through distributors who supply retailers and ensure they are available in stores. Additionally, our products can be found on various online platforms. In some countries, product pages on our website include a link to an online shop where you can purchase directly. If you're unsure where to find a specific product, we recommend checking with your local retailer or exploring online marketplaces. -
2. What is the price of the product?
We are unable to provide a single fixed price for our products, as pricing may vary depending on the retailer and location. For consumers looking to purchase a product, we recommend checking with your local retailer or exploring online sales platforms for pricing and availability. 3. Where can I download an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or TDS (Technical Data Sheet)?
On each product page, you have the option to download the SDS or TDS for that product. If the download isn’t working, please reach out to us using the form on the support page. We’ll do our best to provide the documents within a few working days. -
4. How do I use putties?
You will find the instructions for using putties on the product page. If available, you will find recommended blogs/articles and a video. Before use, always read the instructions on the product label and read the technical data sheet. This can be downloaded (TI/ TDS) from the product page. -
5. How do I use an aerosol?

6. I have a question about a product.
On the page of your chosen product, you will find information about the product and the instructions for use. You can also download the Technical Data Sheet, where you will find additional information about applications, drying times, surfaces and more. Please contact us using the form on the support page for any missing information. We will try to provide you with an answer within a few working days. -
7. I have a complaint about a product.
Product complaints are typically handled at the point of purchase, where the retailer will contact presto (manufacturer – European Aerosols) through their supplier. However, we understand that in today’s world, reaching out to the manufacturer directly may sometimes be more convenient.
